this chair is outstanding i only wish it had heat but other than that i am very pleased i have friends and family offering money to come over and sit in it. i use it every day after work and love it -- outstanding
The chair has a nice appearance. The power reclining & ottoman work well and is fairly quiet. I had expected the ottoman to function a little better than it does- I had expected the feel of the airbags working independently. I purchased a Panasonic massage chair in 1996 after a car accident. These massage chairs are great. When this model (EP30003KU) came on sale, I snapped one up. The technology has come a long way since 1996. This chair gives a professional massage, and has several pre-programmed massages. The 'repeat' button allows you to repeat a motion in a certain area to releave stress. It also has a 'manual' setting so you can work on specific areas. And finally you can create your own program for maximum concentration on your particular needs. Great value and highly recommended. I'll never be without one! -- Great Value
If you really want the best massage in the industry and you are concerned about true "back therapy" then I recommend the Panasonic EP30003.
